Speccy is a system profiling utility from Piriform (now part of Gen Digital) that reads out hardware details Windows itself hides behind several menus: exact CPU model and clocks, RAM timings and slot layout, motherboard and BIOS revision, GPU details, and per-drive temperature and health summary.

It is aimed at people diagnosing a PC, buying used hardware, or filling out a support ticket that asks for exact specs. The summary screen gives a one-page snapshot, and each category expands into a dedicated tab with more depth than Windows' own System Information panel.

Speccy does not benchmark, tune, or fix anything — it only reports. For SMART attribute detail beyond a simple health readout, or for stress testing, you'll want a dedicated tool alongside it.
